Privacy policy

Shoreward builds websites for small businesses. This page explains what we collect when you use shoreward.tech and app.shoreward.tech, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Your Google account basics. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We never see your Google password and we never post anything to your Google account.
- What you tell us about your business. Company name, logo, colours, description, location, phone, contact email, links and any extra notes you add to the form or your dashboard.
- Requests and edits. What you ask us for in your dashboard or by email (changes, extra pages, domains), trial details, and the text edits you save.
- Basic technical data. A sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in, and standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) used to keep the service secure.
How we use it
- To design, publish and update your website.
- To email you about your website: confirmations, your link, trial and billing notes, and replies to your requests.
- To keep the service working and secure.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
What is public
Your website is public by design. Anything you ask us to put on it, such as your business name, phone, address, hours and logo, can be seen by anyone who visits it.
Who helps us run Shoreward
We use a small number of trusted services to run Shoreward: Google for sign-in, Stripe to take payments (we never see or store your card details), Brevo to send email, GitHub to store website designs, Vercel to host the websites, and our own servers to run the app and store your account details and logo. They only process your information to provide these services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and website details for as long as you have an account with us. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your details and take your website offline, except for anything we must keep for legal or billing records.
Your choices
With maintenance or during its free trial, you can edit your website's text in your dashboard. To get a copy of your information, correct it or delete your account, email us at aukik@storageatlas.co. We will reply, and complete a deletion request, within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and let account holders know by email.
