Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Shoreward at shoreward.tech and app.shoreward.tech. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Shoreward for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

What Shoreward does

You tell us about your business, and we design and publish a one-page website for it. We aim to email you the link within 30 minutes of your request between 9am and 9pm Eastern Time (ET). Requests sent after hours are ready first thing the next morning. That is a goal, not a guarantee.

Plans and prices

• Website, free. Your website on a shoreward.tech link, emailed to you when it is ready. No charge, ever.
• Maintenance trial, 15 days. Edit your website's text from your dashboard. No card needed.
• Maintenance, $50 USD a month, billed annually ($600 USD a year). Paid upfront through Stripe. We keep your website up to date. Edit your text any time, and ask us for anything else, such as a change, a new page or your own domain. We sort each request out with you by email and do the work by hand.
• Extra pages, $100 USD one-time each. We confirm the scope with you by email and send you a quote and invoice before we start.
• Your own domain. With maintenance, tell us the domain you want and we email you to set it up together, whether you already own it or need a new one.

If you do not keep maintenance after your trial, or your maintenance plan ends without renewal, your website stays free on its shoreward.tech link. Maintenance renews every year. You can cancel any time before renewal from your billing page or by emailing aukik@storageatlas.co, and maintenance stays active until the end of the year you have paid for.

Your content

You own the text, logo and other material you give us. You confirm you have the right to use it and that it is accurate. You give us permission to use it to build, host and show your website. Photos we add from stock libraries stay under their own licences.

Fair use

Do not use Shoreward for anything illegal, misleading or harmful, or to impersonate another business. We may refuse, edit or take down a website that breaks these rules.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You can ask us to close it at any time by emailing aukik@storageatlas.co.

Service and liability

We work hard to keep your website online and correct, but Shoreward is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the issue.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and email account holders before it takes effect.
